At Gorilla Gas, we keep shipping simple, transparent, and reliable.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. During high-volume drops or launches, processing may take slightly longer, but we always work to get orders out as fast as possible.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped:
- US Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–14 business days (varies by location)
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Print-on-Demand Items
Some Gorilla Gas products are made through our production partners (such as Printful). These items are created specifically for your order before shipping. This helps us reduce waste and offer more designs without overproducing inventory.
Limited Drops / Physical Inventory Items
Some items are part of limited releases or physically stocked inventory. These items may ship faster or separately depending on availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package in real time.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs. However, we will always assist you in tracking or resolving issues.
